Tuna Over Rice

Ingredients:
3 cans of tuna (12 oz) DRAINED
Rice
2 Tablespoons of
butter
Evaporated Milk (12 oz can)
Can of Cream of Mushroom
Cream of Chicken Soup
Finely Ground Onions
Garlic (pressed
or powder)
Red, yellow, or green peppers (optional)


Start rice water boiling & add rice when boiling.

In frying pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic in butter. When
tender (few minutes), add other ingredients. Cook until thickened &
serve over rice with vegetables and/or salad.
